The Monopole Backpack is the only backpack with a built in 39-inch (99cm) monopole. Use the built in monopole to raise the camera all the way up for an aerial view or keep the camera low to simulate a human perspective (POV Shot). The monopole of the backpack can support up to 10lbs/4.5kg.

With a built in monopole attached to the frame of the backpack, the camera can rise above you. No need to lug around a tripod or handheld monopole when using the Monopole Backpack. Due to 360 stands having undersized bases they can be easily knocked over, or fall over when placed on uneven ground, and or pushed over by gusting winds.

 

A Solution to Stability, Mobility, and Fatigue while Filming:

 

Capturing cinematic camera movement while walking around with a camera mounted to a tripod is cumbersome and hard to control. When a camera is mounted to a monopole, the cameraman must support the weight of the camera and monopole with their arms. The strain of stabilizing the monopole with just the upper body will quickly fatigue the body.

 

When filming with a 360 camera or Action Camera the Monopole Backpack solves the issues of stability, mobility, and operator fatigue. The monopole is built into the frame of the backpack creating a sturdy, rigid support.
