Shipping and Returns



Shipping

  • Free U.S. shipping over $150.

  • We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for all import related duties/taxes.

  • Shipping cost is nonrefundable. If merchandise is refused upon delivery all additional shipping charges and fees will be deducted from the refund.

  • Order ships within 1 business day or on the same day. (If items are available)

Note: Please make sure your shipping address is correct, and that the package is addressed to secure location. Gimbal Guru is not responsible for package lost, stolen, undeliverable, and etc.

 

Returns 

  • If you wish to return your order/item, you first must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  • Within 14 days after delivery, if item(s) are in new condition/unopened, we will issue a full refund, minus shipping costs. If the original merchandise packaging is opened, a 5% restocking fee could be applied. After 14 days, a restocking fee of 15% will apply. After 30 days, no returns will be accepted.

  • Contact guru@gimbalguru.com to request a RMA Return Merchandise Authorization and complete the RMA form.

  • Please ensure all returned or exchanged items are repackaged with all parts and documentation that were included. Enclose the completed RMA form with returned items. Write the RMA number on the label like so "Gimbal Guru RMA (Number)" and ship the package to Gimbal Guru 4587 Brazil St. Los Angeles, CA 90039

  • Refunds can take up to 5 business days and will be refunded in the same manner as purchased.

  • Items such as batteries or other consumables once opened cannot be returned.
